citizens?

Asked Jessica A. Levinson,

A.
“Understanding the concept that, regardless of geographical location, disregarding trivial paperwork nonsense, that human beings are all members of the human race.
We all live in one world.

More “basic” than “being able to judge your fellow citizens” would be understanding the common denominator that all people, are simply- people, and, instinctively helping people when you see all opportunities to do so.”
